People urged to give blood

THE NHS Blood and Transplant Service is appealing for volunteers to give blood next weekend at a donor session organised in the area.
The session is taking place at the Spadesbourne suite at Bromsgrove District Council buildings on Saturday, September 29 from 10am-12.15pm and from 1.45-3.30pm.
Donors are advised to book an appointment before attending the session on 0300 123 23 23.
