Young bookworms invited to two new courses at town library

BOOKWORMS and budding writers are being invited to two new free courses being run at Bromsgrove Library.
As part of the Artrix Theatre’s Go Create! 2012 project, Book Rats will offer youngsters between eight and 11-years-old the chance to read favourite parts of children’s books then have a go at craft and drama activities based on the story.
For ages between 12 and 16-years-old, Fan Fiction Writing will help young authors compose their own stories by using characters and settings from popular television shows, films and books.
Book Rats begins this Monday, October 8, between 4-5pm while Fan Fiction Writing is being held between 6-7pm.
They are free but places are limited, so it is recommended to register in advance at the library.
