POPULAR storybook characters have been brought to life at a Bromsgrove school this week.
To mark the start of Children’s Book Week youngsters from St Peter’s Catholic First School, in Rock Hill, dressed as characters from their favourite stories.
During the week, which ends this Sunday, bookworms are being given the chance to discover new stories.
A book fair is being held where the children can look and purchase a book.
Tomorrow is also National Poetry Day, so the pupils will be reading and writing poetry.
