Townsfolk invited to nominate their heroes

CUSTOMERS are being invited to take part in a council scheme designed to recognise its heroes.
The Customer Hero Award has been launched as part of Bromsgrove District Council’s drive to continually improve its service to town residents.
Townsfolk who have received super service can nominate the staff member who helped.
If selected they will receive a customer hero badge and be mentioned on the council’s website.
Customers can get involved by completing a nomination form at the Customer Service Centre or online at bromsgrove.gov.uk.
Nominations need to be submitted by December 17.
