New affordable homes for Catshill development

A BROMSGROVE-based housing association has made available to purchase new affordable homes at a development in Catshill.

Forge Close is a development of 15 new rented and shared ownership homes in the village.

Seven of the homes are made available on a shared ownership basis, including five, two bedroom and two, three bedroom houses.

The homes are aimed at couples and families who are struggling to save for the high deposit needed to buy their first home outright, instead choosing to purchase a percentage share to get their first step on the property ladder.

All seven properties will be ready to move in to during summer 2013.
