BUSINESSES in Redditch and Bromsgrove are being offered a unique service to help them grow and flourish.
Steph Middleton is managing director of Redditch-based firm Outhouse-UK, a virtual assistant service for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Virtual assistants can remotely provide administrative, technical and creative support from typing up notes to project management.
Mrs Middleton said: “Businesses are often in a position to expand and grow but all the focus is going into completing the day-to-day tasks.
“Taking on additional permanent staff may not give them the flexibility or skill set they would ideally like.”
She added that the virtual assistant industry as a key player in supporting business development, in turn supporting the creation of jobs and economic growth.
Local businessman Gavin Townsend, from GT Personal Training, said: “I have experienced considerable growth as a result of being able to focus on the things that matter.
“My business wouldn’t be where it is today without the use of the virtual assistant and in my case the services of Outhouse.”
