Feeling ‘blue’

I WOULD like to draw the attention of the district council for help for the holders of Blue Badges' who need to park in Bromsgrove for shopping etc.
Surely disabled people should not be charged? Getting to the shops is difficult enough without first having to leave their cars, go to a meter, then return to display the necessary ticket!
