CONSIDERING the high percentage of pensioners living in and around Bromsgrove, as two of them, we believe that the district council is short-sighted in withdrawing concessionary car parking permits.
In future pensioners will undoubtedly shop elsewhere free of charge which will be another nail in Bromsgrove's coffin'.
