TWO men wearing balaclavas and carrying weapons got away with a quantity of cash after threatening staff at Romsley post office yesterday (Tuesday).
The raiders, who police said were not carrying firearms, ran into the village store on the junction of Bromsgrove Road and St Kenelms Road shortly before noon.
They made straight to the counter of the sub-post office and threatened staff into handing over cash.

They also took money from the store's till before running back to their car - a silver BMW Series One parked in a lay-by across the road from the store.
“Obviously we also want to talk to anyone who may have seen the vehicle used by the men before or after the robbery or knows who might be responsible for this.”
Detective Sergeant Gary Mole, of Bromsgrove CID
The car then sped down to the junction before turning left into St Kenelms Road and heading off in the direction of Halesowen/Stourbridge.
No one was hurt in the incident and no damage was done to the premises.
The robbers were both white, slim and of medium build. One was taller than the other and both wore black clothing.
Detective Sergeant Gary Mole, of Bromsgrove CID, said: "There were a number of customers and staff on the premises at the time and we particularly want to talk to any witnesses who were inside when it happened who have not already spoken to the police.
"Obviously we also want to talk to anyone who may have seen the vehicle used by the men before or after the robbery or knows who might be responsible for this."
Anyone with information should call DS Mole, at Bromsgrove CID, on 08457 444 888, or ring Crimestoppers anonymously and free on 0800 555 111.
