CHARITABLE townsfolk are being asked to do their bit during Christian Aid Week, which runs until Saturday. Thousands of red envelopes ready for donations have been making their way through residents' letterboxes this week. Townsfolk are also being invited to a bring and buy plant sale at Chadsgrove School, in Meadow Road, this Saturday and a supper and quiz night from 6pm at the Methodist Church, Golden Cross Lane, Catshill.
