Mystery red objects in the sky

TWO extremely bright red objects spotted in the sky over Aston Fields on Friday night has left Bromsgrove reader Pat Maguire and his wife puzzled.
He said the couple and another man saw the objects at around 9.20pm heading towards Droitwich.
"The first object appeared to be on fire and looked like a plane," he said. "As it moved it appeared to spray molten metal at quite a slow speed before eventually appearing to burn out. Then to our amazement another appeared going in a similar direction."
He added the other man took a photo on his mobile phone, but although the result was poor the image did look unusual.
Police in Bromsgrove said they had not received reports of anyone seeing the mysterious objects. Did you? If so let us know.
