SOME go-faster dogs are hoping that shoppers at Webbs of Wychbold will paws' for thought and give them a good home.
Ex-racing greyhounds will be hoping to persuade garden centre shoppers that they make the perfect pet on Saturday and Sunday, July 19 and 20.
The dogs will be taking part in a greyhound awareness roadshow being staged by the Hall Green Greyhound Trust. The event is a bid to show people that the ex-racing dogs are loving and affectionate and make ideal family pets.
Christina Fowler, from the trust, said: "The roadshow is the ideal opportunity for people to come along and meet some of the wonderful dogs available for adoption."
The roadshow will run from 11am to 4pm each day.
