A MIDLANDS-based entrepreneur called on the services of QualitySolicitors Talbots in a commercial acquisition.
Richard Lane, founder of the EBC Group, recently acquired e-solutions 2000 Ltd, a move that sees EBC grow its offering into the South West region.
“Richard is an out-and-out entrepreneur who first embarked on his business adventure in Stourbridge away back in 1989,” said Melanie Mapstone of QualitySolicitors Talbots’ Business Services Team (BST).
“We are delighted that we could support Richard and EBC in the next exciting stage of the group’s growth.”
Ms Mapstone and her colleague, employment adviser Jayne Holliday, worked closely with Mr Lane on the acquisition.
