A STOURBRIDGE events agency continues to grow with the arrival of four new members of staff.

The headcount of Broome-based Top Banana now stands just over 51 following the appointments, including Katie-Jane Bott as office manager.

Katie will have responsibility for the smooth running of the offices – which include video editing suites, design studio, production office and a drive in photographic studio.

Faith Tomala joins the company’s London office as senior account manager and will be working with clients such as Barclays, Whitbread and Primark.

With 11 years in event management, working in the corporate, not for profit and government sectors, Faith hopes to bring a diversity of experience to her new role with the company.

Nick Terry, managing director, said: “We’re working hard to secure the right talent across the business to support our challenging ambitions for the next few years.

“Faith and Katie take us one step closer to achieving those ambitions.”

Simon Tate joins the company in the newly created role of head of film after creating programming for broadcasters including The Discovery and National Geographic Channels and CNN.

Nick said of Simon: “We’re excited to have someone with such fantastic expertise on board. The appetite for film is growing massively and we’re now well placed to cater for that demand.”

Also joining the firm’s London office as client services director is Andrew Mossop, where he will lead the team in servicing the company’s growing client base and developing new relationships.
