AN Amblecote businesswoman has achieved international acclaim after her skincare company was named one of the most ethical in the world.

Hannah Pells’ ‘No Fuss Skincare’ has ranked 12 in Good Shopping Guide’s ‘top ethical company’ beating off many larger and well-known companies and high street brands.

Some of the firm’s Hannah finished ahead of included Estee Lauder, Nivea, Avon, Garnier, L’Oreal, Olay and Neutrogena.

The 28-year-old started her company, with support from the Princes Trust and the Birmingham Leadership Foundation, as a way of combining honest social values with good quality products made from natural and organic sources.

In order to challenge the misleading of consumers, Hannah designed her No Fuss Skincare range with simple natural ingredients with clear, honest labelling.

And this accreditation will now give her an unprecedented and independent validation to back up her efforts to stick to her original values.

Hannah said: “I’m really proud of what we’ve achieved here, and the support from customers and the media has been overwhelming.”

As well as the Good Shopping Guide’s seal of approval, Hannah has also been recognised for the second year running by gaining Sublime Magazine’s ‘good brand award’ for 2016.
