GREAT Witley may seem a world away from West Africa but a group of local women in the Teme Valley village near Worcester are organising a bring-and-buy sale for Save the Children to support its work with children affected by the Ebola crisis.
To be opened by West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin, it will be held in Great Witley Village Hall on Saturday, January 17 from 10am until 2pm. Among the items on sale will be jewellery, plants, hats, top brand clothing, toiletries, homemade cakes, preserves, books, crafts and excellent bric-a-brac.
