THIS April, crafty youngsters will have a chance to make Easter chicks and St George’s Day dragons and knights’ shields as part of creative pottery sessions being held at the Jinney Ring Craft Centre.

The sessions are being organised by the craft centre’s potters to get children working with clay over the holidays.

Jinney Ring owner Amanda Sunter, said: “Clay is always a firm favourite with children and with the topical themes and expert guidance from the team of potters, they’re sure to be a roaring success.”

Children can attend the Easter themed pottery sessions on Wednesday, April 16 from 10.30-11.45am and 1-2.15pm, or the St George’s Day themed session on Wednesday, April 23 at the same times.
