WITH face painting, mini pamper sessions and a mouth-watering barbecue, there will be fun for all the family at a Sanctuary Care home’s summer fete.
People from the local community are invited along to Westmead Residential Care Home in Droitwich’s Westmead Close tomorrow, August 22, between 10.30am and 3pm.
There will also be singing and dancing with a Fit 4 Life instructor, fancy dress (theme optional), stalls galore, cake decorating and delicious cream teas.
The home’s manager Sue Stokes said: “Our home is very much part of our local community so we are really looking forward to welcoming some new and familiar faces along to celebrate the summer with us.”
All the money raised on the day will go towards the home’s residents’ activities fund, which pays for trips and other activities for the residents to enjoy.
