AFTER the success of its first Messy Church session, St Andrew’s Church in Droitwich is holding the event again this Saturday.
Children of all ages are invited to come along to the church and parish centre, on St Andrew's Street in the town centre, on Saturday, October 17 from 10am to noon, where they will be able to have a go at making their own stained glass windows, sparkly spiral mobiles, and tea light holders, as well as decorating cakes.
As well as the craft activities the Messy Church sessions involve songs, a short talk, and a free lunch of sandwiches and cake.
Messy Church is free and open to all children accompanied by an adult.
Rev Bev Jameson, team vicar for Droitwich Spa, Salwarpe, and Hindlip with Martin Hussingtree, said: “Messy Church was just brilliant last month and this month will be fantastic too. Come along and join in the fun.”
