Spa accountancy firm wins gold

A DROITWICH Spa accountancy practice is celebrating its very own gold triumph in Olympic year.
Ormerod Rutter has achieved ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) approved employer gold status, which acknowledges the high standards of training and development provided for its staff.
Anna Cross, the company’s HR manager, said: “We’re delighted to have been promoted from silver to gold status as the approved employer programme is a benchmark of good practice for companies around the world.
“Our employees are our most valuable asset and we want everyone to achieve their professional and creative potential.”
Ormerod Rutter currently has 17 trainees based at its offices in Droitwich and is always happy to hear from young people interested in future accountancy apprenticeships. The practice also has offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove.
