YOUNGSTERS were walking on water at Droitwich Lido thanks to a unusual activity.

People attended the town’s outdoor heated pool to try water zorbing. People took to the water in large inflatable balls on Thursday, July 26.

The event, organised by the Friends of Droitwich Spa Lido (FODSL) group, proved a big hit with visitors.

Pat Charlton, a member of FODSL, said: “It was great to see how much those who took part loved the activity, we have been looking forward to the evening and we hope to stage another one soon.”
