A BROMSGROVE man died as a result of drug and alcohol abuse, an inquest heard.
Peter Holt, from Crossley Walk, died on November 17 last year after taking heroin and consuming alcohol the previous day.
After collapsing in the bathroom of the Charford property, the 38-year-old was rushed to hospital where he died.
The coroner ruled Mr Holt died as the result of the abuse of drugs and alcohol at his inquest on Tuesday, February 5.
