A 40-YEAR-OLD Catshill burglar faces jail under a three strikes rule.
Martin Gwynne, of Oak Road, pleaded guilty to entering a Stourbridge Road property on July 26 and taking a long list of items including televisions, a vacuum cleaner and a pushbike.
His haul also included barbecues, a radio and speakers, ornaments, pond filters and other household goods, Worcester Crown Court was told.
Brett Wilson, defending, said Gwynne was now up for sentence for his third house burglary and is likely to be jailed under the three strikes rule.
Mr Wilson said Gwynne had been on bail with a 9pm until 7am electronic tag curfew.
But on arriving home at 9pm on August 8, he found police officers waiting for him.
There was an altercation and Gwynne was remanded into custody.
Judge Daniel Pearce-Higgins adjourned the case to a date to be fixed for a pre-sentence report.
