New company brings jobs to the area

50 NEW jobs are set to be created across Redditch and Bromsgrove when a new company launches providing care for the elderly.
Home Instead Senior Care is the brainchild of former nurse Annie Dixon-Dunn, who struggled to find good quality care for her own father when he needed it.
She said: “When my dad had dementia my mum was his main carer and although she had support, as his condition deteriorated she really struggled. At that time when I became involved in searching for the type of care and support they both needed, I simply couldn’t find it.
“I’d always wanted to run my own business, and I made the decision to do something about it after my father died. I was ready to get involved in something positive, which would make a difference to the lives of older people and their families in my local community.
“I’m really looking forward to helping support older people in and around Redditch and Bromsgrove and am committed to providing the level of care I would wish for own family. Our services are tailored to the needs of each individual, ensuring that they receive the right sort of care at the right time. Our clients and caregivers are also carefully matched based on their personality and shared interests in order to allow firm friendships to form.”
The new company is hoping to create 50 new jobs in the next 12 months as it grows in the area. For more information on the jobs or the services provided by Home Instead, visit homeinstead.co.uk/redditchandbromsgrove or call 01564 741620.
