A BROMSGROVE leisure centre is in the running for a prestigious award.
The Ryland Centre, in New Road, is a contender in the What’s On 4 Me awards.
The centre has been nominated in the best sports, health and fitness group category, and is now through to the national voting stage.
Michelle Jones, the centre’s general manager, said everyone was delighted the Ryland Centre been nominated by its members for the award.
“It is great to know that people enjoy coming to the centre and that we’re making a difference to their health and fitness,” she added.
Anyone who wants to vote for the centre can do so at whatson4me.co.uk until October 9.
Winners will be announced on November 14.
