ON Sunday there will be an opportunity for a trip down memory lane for biking enthusiasts with classic motorcycle scrambling at Park Farm in Hanbury, behind the Vernon Arms pub.
Riders will be competing on British bikes from the 50s, 60s and 70s, bringing along BSA, Matchless, Cheney and Rickman bikes for the event.
There will also be several European ‘two strokes’ including Bultaco, Husqvarna and CZ.
The races are for solo bikes and bikes with sidecars, with a fast track in place, which used to be used in the 1960s.
There will also be a number of stars and work riders from the period competing, with honours and trophies on offer to the winners.
The event starts from 11am on Sunday, September 15 and entrance is £5 or free for children. Proceeds from the event will be going to local Hanbury and church charities.
