A SUCCESSFUL memory walk has been held at a Bromsgrove care home.
Bupa’s Heathbrook House Nursing Home held the walk around its grounds in Worcester Road, Stoke Heath on Tuesday, September 24.
As part of the event, which raised money for the Alzheimer’s Society, memory station tables were positioned around the route, helping to encourage reminiscence.
Members of Bromsgrove Motorcycle Charity club also supported the event, bringing along their classic motorbikes to help bring back fond memories for residents.
The walks are held nationally and have helped raised £1.4 million for the charity, which supports people with the disease and other dementias, their families and carers.
