COLLEAGUES from a Bromsgrove car dealership completed Birmingham’s half marathon to raise charity cash.
A team from Peugeot dealership Arbury Bromsgrove raised nearly £600 for the company’s official charity partner, Children In Need, by taking part in the BUPA Great Birmingham Run on October 20.
General manager Ben Archer, service manager Phil Yarnold and customer adviser Damian Hammond all donned their running gear for the cause.
General manager Ben Archer, who completed the 13.1 mile race in an impressive time of one hour and 42 minutes, said: “We were pleased to be able to support Children In Need, raising money for our charity of the year. The BUPA half marathon was a great challenge and we certainly enjoyed crossing the line at the end.
“We’d like to thank everyone for their support over the last couple of months – we’ve all really enjoyed the challenge and we’re already thinking about what our next fundraising activity will be.”
