A BROMSGROVE theatre company is holding open auditions for its next production being performed in the new year.
Jigsaw Players Theatre Company is performing the Wizard of Oz at the Spadesbourne Suite, Burcot Lane, Bromsgrove from April 9 to 12.
The production includes a musical score by Harold Arlen and EY Harburg, originally written by LF Baum.
Open auditions are being held from 2pm until 6pm on Saturday, January 4, and from 3pm until 7pm on Sunday, January 5.
Those participating are asked to prepare a song of their choice, which best shows the auditionees' vocal range.
Those attending should also be able to read from the script and follow some easy dance steps.
Principal characters chosen will be required on either Monday or Tuesday evenings.
