MORE than 200 Brownies aged from seven-10, along with their leaders, together from the Bromsgrove division recently to celebrate Brownies becoming 100 years old.
The girls from 12 different Brownie packs, including ones in Tardebigge, Blackwell, and Alvechurch, were treated to a party day, making garlands ready for a Samba-based carnival workshop which they all took part in.
The enjoyed a happy birthday sing-song, had birthday cake and all put their individual mark on some birthday bunting that was then sewn together for the afternoon to show how Brownies from different packs can unite together.
