BROMSGROVE residents are once again being given the chance to tuck into some delicious food and raise money for charity in the process.

Britain’s Biggest Breakfast is organised nationally to raise money for Cancer Research UK, which helps pioneer research to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

Bromsgrove's event is being held at Tardebigge Community Hall, in Church Road, and will be raising money for the charity as well as the Primrose Hospice, which provides vital support and care to people suffering with cancer.

The event, run in association with Bromsgrove Farmers Club, is being held from 8.30am on Saturday, March 8.

Everyone is welcome and there will be children's games as well.

Last year the event raised more than £3,000, bringing the overall total raised at the breakfast event to more than £25,000.
