THREE members of the same Rednal family have pleaded guilty to having offensive weapons in a Rubery street.
A Worcester Crown Court, Spencer Dandy, 45, of Bristol Road South in Rednal, admitted possession of an axe, and also to a charge of affray in New Road, Rubery, on June 18 last year.
Jane Dandy, 42, also of Bristol Road South, Rednal, also pleaded guilty to having an offensive weapon on the same date and 19-year-old Zak Dandy, also of Bristol Road South, Rednal, admitted possession of an offensive weapon, a baseball bat, on the same occasion.
Zak Dandy and Jane Dandy pleaded not guilty to affray and their pleas were accepted by the prosecution.
All three have put forward a basis for their guilty pleas and their next appearance at the court on Friday, March 21 will be for a hearing to decide if their arguments are acceptable.
Pre-sentence reports were ordered and they are due to be sentenced on the same date.
