CHILDREN at Pippins Nursery in Hanbury dressed up as their favourite book characters for World Book Day last week and brought in a favourite book they’d like to share.
The children who are aged from two to four years old came dressed as everything from superheroes to princesses, as well as the Gruffalo and Doctor Pig.
Manager Patricia Moore said: “We normally do it every year, and they really enjoyed it. They brought in their favourite book to share, they made a bookmark, and the superheroes were dashing round all day.”
