THIS April sees a host of films coming to Bromsgrove's Artrix cinema.

The Book Thief, which stars Geoffrey Rush and Emily Watson, takes viewers back to the dark days of World War 2 as does Monuments Men with George Clooney taking the lead in a tale about a quest to save works of art behind enemy lines.

Ralph Fiennes stars in The Grand Budapest Hotel which relates the adventures of a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel.

Directed by Wes Anderson and inspired by the writings of Stefan Zweig it stars Fiennes as a concierge who teams up with one of his employees to prove his innocence after he is framed for murder.

If that wasn't enough there is also a last chance to see Oscar winner 12 Years A Slave on the big screen and there’s no excuse for boredom with The Lego Movie and Mr Peabody and Sherman both showing during the Easter holidays.

Tickets cost £6.50 (£5.50 concessions or £3 for accompanied children under 16).

There are also accessible screenings for audiences with special needs and their carers.

For tickets and more information, contact the Artrix box office on 01527 577330 or visit artrix.co.uk.
