CHILDREN from the Plus 2s group at St Stephen's Church, in Rednal and Victorias School of Dance & Performing Arts worked together to raise more than £50 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Youngsters aged three to 10 wore their favourite dance outfits which included tutus, hoodies and jazzed up t-shirts.
The fundraiser was part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s new Dress Up and Dance campaign which aims to get children dancing.
A mini disco with party games was put on at the event on Friday, June 20.
Jules Kite-Lightfoot, the Plus 2s leader at St Stephen's Church, said: “It was a really enjoyable day and lots of enthusiasm was shown by all.”
Various styles of dance were taught to the children including salsa, hip hop and hoedown.
