CHILDREN at Catshill First School and Nursery in Bromsgrove competed in a pumpkin carving contest as part of a week of Halloween themed activities.
On Wednesday 22nd October, 12 pumpkins were donated by Morrisons supermarket to the school and two representatives came along to judge the entries and award prizes.
All the children created designs on paper and winning drawings were carved onto the pumpkins.
The pumpkins were used to decorate the hall for the school’s 'Spooky' disco which was held on Thursday, October 23.
Adam Rivett, assistant headteacher at the school, said the children wanted to say a big thank you to morrisons for their valued support.
