A CHRISTMAS themed market will be held at St Peter's Catholic First School and the Parish community hall in Rock Hill on Saturday, November 29.

Between 11am and 2pm, a range of stalls will line the venues selling various products including Christmas wreaths and flowers.

During the event, Father Christmas will be meeting all the children in his Winter Wonderland Grotto.

Olaf from Frozen will make a guest appearance at the event and children will be able to sing and have their photo taken with him for a small charge.

A festive themed shop will be offering Christmas decorations and traditional stalls will display a range of homemade cakes, pickles and chutneys.

A Christmas cafe with refreshments including Irish coffee, deluxe hot chocolate and mince pies will be available

The Elves Workshop will hold a range of crafting activities and the parish youth group will be hosting a gingerbread men decorating class.

A school raffle with prizes including festive hampers donated and created by students from each class will be up for grabs.

A raffle will be offering a top prize of £100 and a second prize of £50.

Pupils from St Peter's Catholic First School will sing songs from Disney’s Frozen and carols.

Any proceeds will go to the school and the St Peters’ parish.

Entry costs 50p per person or £1 per family (2 adults and up to 3 children).

All visitors will be automatically entered into a draw.
