A VISIT from Basil Brush is one the highlights at Bromsgrove's Artrix during half-term week.

Basil Brush is a British institution and his cheeky, irreverent style made him a household name in the 1970s.

Now the loveable fox is back on the road with his Full On Fox tour and he will be performing at the Artrix alongside Mr Stephen on Tuesday, February 17.

Together they will take you on a journey of laughs, storytelling and song in a brand new family show packed with fun and excitement.

Artrix Cinema is also screening some family films to stave off any half term boredom.

The NT Live (Encore) screening of Treasure Island features sword fights with swashbuckling pirates, a dangerous voyage and a treasure chest full of secrets.

Rose Byrne stars as Annie the little girl who was left in an orphanage by her parents as a baby.

It's been a hard knock life ever since with her mean foster mother Miss Hannigan (Cameron Diaz), but her luck changes when she’s taken in by the New York mayoral candidate who is seeking to soften his hard-nosed image.

Last but by no means least are some super spy penguins who set out to defend the world against the villainous Dr Octavius Brine in Penguins of Madagascar.

NT Live Encore Treasure Island (12A) is screening on Wednesday, February 18 at 2.30 pm. Tickets cost £15 (£12 students and under 16s)

Annie (PG) is screening on Sunday and Monday, February 15 and 16.

Penguins of Madagascar is screening on Monday, February 16 and Saturday, February 21 and there is an accessible screening on Thursday, February 19.
