A CHARITY is looking for volunteers to help in its Bromsgrove shop.

The Salvation Army is asking for people with a bit of spare time to work in the shop in High Street.

The shop sells everything from clothes and accessories to books and household items.

Volunteering offers the chance to learn new skills or brush up on old ones and it can be a lot of fun too.

Jayne Sargeant, Salvation Army's area manager, said: "We rely on the generosity of our volunteers because they play such a vital role within our charity shops.

"Perhaps you have a flare for shop window dressing, maybe great customer service skills or even have a good eye for an antique?

"No matter your experience, there are all sorts of jobs that we need help with and we provide all the training you need."
