AN investigation has been launched into a suspected arson attack in Bromsgrove.
At around 7pm on Monday, March 23, a wheelie bin was set alight in a bin cupboard attached to a three storey block of flats in Lime Grove.
The bin store was destroyed, while a covered walkway was also damaged.
The fire had the potential to be far more serious, but the fire service was able to gain control of the fire before it spread to the flats.
The police believe the fire was started deliberately.
West Mercia Police are urging anyone who may have seen anything suspicious to call them on 101 quoting incident number 612 of March 23.
