BROMSGROVE police are looking to speak to these men shown in CCTV images after a taxi driver was nearly punched by a drunken man.

The incident happened at around 11.15pm on Friday, April 10.

The taxi driver was working that night, and was driving along Worcester Road when he was forced to brake quickly.

Two men jumped into the road to stop the taxi.

Both were drunk and one of them demanded that the taxi driver take them as a fare.

One of the men then started banging on the bonnet of the taxi with his fist. The taxi driver got out of his taxi to talk to them, but one of the offenders acted very aggressively towards him. He then tried to fight the taxi driver and at one point attempted to punch him and missed.

The men are described as around 18-years-old, around 5ft 8ins.

One had light brown hair and was smartly dressed, wearing a blue jacket.
