YOUNGSTERS from a Longbridge dance school have been busy fundraising to make their Disney dreams come true.
Pupils from Victoria's School of Dance & Performing Arts have passed an audition to perform at Euro Disney Paris next April and have been working hard to raise the £16,000 needed to fulfil their dream.
The next big fundraising event is this Saturday, November 28, and is a Christmas fair at the Young Peoples Centre, The Factory, Longbridge between 1pm and 4pm.
The Christmas fair is being run by parents and dancers and there is something for people of all ages to enjoy, including Santa’s grotto, a toy shop, biscuit decorating, a bouncy castle, face paints, hair braiding, nail art, books, toys, bric a brac, clothes, plus hot and cold refreshments.
A school spokesman said: "The pupils have done tremendously well with fundraising £11,000 so far out of the £16,000 needed."
