DANCE show, Blast from the Past, is coming to Fairfield Village Hall to take Bromsgrove audiences on a journey through British music, TV, fads and fashion since music charts began in 1952.
The dance celebrates the last 60 years with a dance routine inspired by a key event from each year accompanied by that year’s the top selling song.
1966 celebrates England’s World Cup victory with Tom Jones singing Green Green Grass of Home, whilst 1981 takes a look back to Charles and Diana’s wedding day while Don’t You Want Me by The Human League plays.
On Saturday, February 27, Spiltmilk Dance group are inviting Bromsgrove residents to join the fun at Fairfield Village Hall and to take part in an evening of brain teasers and challenges from iconic British TV game shows with prizes for the winners.
The show starts at 6.30pm and tickets are available from Fairfield Post Office costing £8.50 for adults or £6.50 for under 16s.
