PONY rides, face painting and a bouncy castle are among the highlights in two family fun days in Bromsgrove, organised by the district’s housing provider bdht.
The first event is held at King George Close Recreation Ground in Sidemoor on Wednesday, August 16, with the second at Charford Recreation Ground off Lyttleton Avenue on Wednesday, August 23.
Both events, which are held annually, are run from 12 to 3.30pm and include entertainment for the whole family, as well as games and prizes in a tombola and raffle.
Ashlea Green, driving futures manager at bdht, said: “We’re really pleased to be able to hold summer fun days each year in the heart of two of our largest communities.
“We’re hoping to see more people than ever this year enjoying the free bouncy castle, face painting and other activities.
“There’s always a fantastic atmosphere, lots of fun and laughter and memories to be made.”
