THREE people are under investigation over the supply of Class A drugs after a police raid.

West Mercia Police smashed into two houses in Wychbold at 6.30am this morning as part of Operation Glade.

The first one, at Cross Furlong, saw a substance believed to be drugs seized as well as scales and phones.

A 38 year old man and a 36 year old woman are under investigation for the first incident.

In the second warrant in Sheldon Close, Wychbold, various drugs paraphernalia were seized along with a mobile phone and a 28-year-old woman is under investigation.

Sergeant Kent for Pershore and Droitwich Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "These warrants are part of ongoing work by the Safer Neighbourhood Team in Droitwich to deal with drug dealers in the town.

"They are the direct result of intelligence provided by members of the public and I would urge anyone with information to either contact the team by telephoning 101 or by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
