POLICE arrested a dog owner in Bromsgrove this morning after he allegedly punched a man in his 70s.
Officers were called to Wesley Walk at 12.25am on Tuesday, September 12, following a row over dogs causing noise outside a resident's home.
A 51-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of common assault and he remains in police custody this afternoon.
The victim suffered minor injuries to his face that did not require medical treatment.
