AN EVENT for residents with an interest in model aeroplanes is landing into Lickey End over the weekend.
South Birmingham Model Flying Club is holding a 'Hobby Swapmeet' at The Trinity Centre on Old Birmingham Road, opposite Lickey Church, on Sunday, January 21.
The event will have model planes, trains, boats and cars, and anyone with an interest in the hobby is invited to pick up a bargain or sell their own unwanted items.
Doors open between 10.30am and 2pm, with tables costing £5 each, and an entrance fee of £2. Table holders can access the event from 9.30am.
