BOTH the Ministry of Education and the county council had refused to make a capital grant toward the cost of providing a headquarters building for the two-year-old Sidemoor Youth Club and the club stood in danger of collapse. A new map had been submitted showing that the boundary would now start at the foot of Church Hill and follow a field path across Church Farm instead of going much nearer the village area.
