A PRAYER service is being held in Droitwich to mark Women’s World Day of Prayer.
The day is part of an international, interchurch organisation aimed at giving women from different parts of the world a way of expressing their hopes, fears and concerns, and features services from around the world.
This year the service has been prepared in the Bahamas, and will take place, along with a chain of prayer which is being joined around the world, on Friday, March 6, at the Baptist Church on Ombersley Street East from 10.30am.
Refreshments will be served, and there will also be a Fair Trade stall operating.
