PUPILS at a Bromsgrove School have been helping to launch a gardening project.
Youngsters from Bromsgrove School in Worcester Road, visited St John's Court Nursing Home, in St John Street, as part of their woodwork and technology project.
During the project the students designed and built the planters that enable residents to go out into the garden and do planting - including residents in wheelchairs as they have been installed at a height for them to reach.
Laura Wilkes, from St John's Court, said: "Planting and gardening is a hobby many have enjoyed over the years and these planters will now enable them to be able to continue with their hobby, whilst living here at St John’s Court."
